L’azure Lighting hereby retains the prerogative to discontinue any products within its collection at its discretion and without prior notification. The company reserves the authority to effectuate technical and photometric alterations, as well as to modify any components, particulars, or finishes, as deemed necessary for improvement or to meet commercial and construction prerequisites. While L’azure Lighting endeavours to ensure the accuracy and precision of all data and information provided herein, it shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors that may arise.

Within the terms and conditions of sale provided herein, L’azure Lighting is henceforth denoted as the "Company." The designation "Buyer" applies to the individual, entity, or organization to which the quotation is directed, or on whose behalf the order is initiated.

Sales

• All received orders and any alterations to contractual specifications are solely binding for the Company upon written confirmation.
• In cases of force majeure, the Company retains the prerogative to either terminate the agreement or prolong the delivery timeline. Nonetheless, should such circumstances persist for a duration exceeding six months, both parties reserve the right to annul the agreement without any incumbent obligations toward each other.

Prices

• Price lists are subject to change without prior notice, and goods will be. invoiced at the prevailing prices on the date of dispatch. For goods covered by a written quotation, the prices specified therein shall govern. The Company retains the right to revise unit rates if the Buyer reduces the originally quoted quantity.
• In the event of any modifications or suspension of work at the Buyer's direction, the contract price will be adjusted to reflect the associated costs. Quoted prices exclude special packaging, such as crates, cases, pallets, stillages, or skids, differing from the Company's standard packaging. Should such packaging be necessary, the Buyer will be charged accordingly.

Validity of Quotation/Acceptance of orders:

• The quotation provided by the Company remains valid for a duration of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing by the Company. In the absence of a specific quotation from the Company, in the event of receiving an order from the Buyer, all deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of sale outlined by the Company.
• Any terms and conditions put forth by the Buyer that differ from or supplement those stipulated in the agreement are hereby objected to by the Company and shall hold no force unless expressly consented to in writing by the Company.
• If a contractual agreement is not formalized earlier through mutual written consent, the Buyer's acceptance of products or services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be construed as the Buyer's acknowledgment and agreement to all provisions outlined in the Agreement.

Samples

• Samples accompanying the Company's quotation or provided at the Buyer's request must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in charges for the samples.
• Deposits made for samples will be forfeited if they are not returned within the specified fifteen (15) days, unless prior arrangements have been approved by the Company in writing.

Delivery

• The Company provides estimated delivery dates in good faith, but these are approximate and not binding contractual obligations. Delivery dates are calculated from the date the Company accepts the Buyer's order.
• Actual delivery times depend on material availability and production schedules. The Company bears no responsibility for damages, penalties, or labour charges resulting from delayed shipments or its inability to ship by the agreed-upon date.
• Additionally, the Company is not liable for damages arising from delays or failures to deliver due to labour disputes, customs issues, supply chain disruptions, transportation challenges, acts of nature, or other factors beyond its control. Claims for damages due to late or incomplete delivery are not valid.
• Written complaints regarding goods damaged in transit must be submitted within three days of receipt. In the event of externally damaged deliveries, a claim for damages must be accompanied by an official report from the carrier. Risk in the goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery as specified in these Conditions, and the Company assumes no responsibility for their safety thereafter.

Limited Warranties:

Warranty Conditions

We Warrant the equipment against defective materials and workmanship for 5 years. We undertake to repair or replace at our cost defective components during the period of Warranty. All liability on our part ceases on termination of the warranty period.

Obtaining Warranty Service

• Should it come to light during the warranty period that the installed light fixture fails to meet the specified warranty conditions, Further the customer is obliged to inform us immediately about defects observed so that proper and effective maintenance is carried out at the earliest at info@lazurelighting.com to initiate their warranty claim.
• The Company or its authorized service agent will then provide warranty service directly to the Buyer.
• The warranty terms and conditions are applicable only in India.
• The Company's warranty is explicitly confined to the repair or replacement of defective goods. This guarantee excludes activities or costs associated with the removal, refitting, or commissioning of goods following repair and/or replacement.
• This warranty is not deemed to cover repairs which may be due to ordinary wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, Acts of God or other causes beyond our control, subject to the condition that our liability under it shall be limited to make good the defects mentioned above, provided that all equipment shall be clean and free from dampness.
• Our Warranty will cease immediately if any third party is entrusted with the repairs to our equipment or is allowed to interfere with it in any way.
